Maybe I should get out of my PJ’s and do something other than blog? Yes indeed, I shall do something.

I’ll be back with photo evidence…and to read the billions of adoring comments. Need I mention that I have had two cups of coffee this morning and I haven’t been able to drink coffee since, well Monday morning! Wheeee!

Are you ready? Oh and by the way, you two need to stop by to pick up your cookies!

I made a variation of Eden’s Triple Chocolate Orange Cookie. (See above!)

Meaning, I didn’t have pecans. But I did have slivered almonds (mixed with currants and mandarine oranges from last night’s salad) So in went the fruit nut mixture. And I only used one type of chocolate, crushed up Hershey Bars. (I’ve had these since May, when I thought they would be used for Smore’s while camping! Shows how much I eat chocolate, eh?) And for the 2nd tray, I topped them with Kisses. Oh. My. God. They are like brownie cookies of goodness. I am not a chocolate fan, and actually never make cocoa based cookies, but these, these made me Oh. My. God. out loud. THANK YOU EDEN!

The other cookies you see on the bottom of the picture are a variation of Erika’s Choco-Marshmallow Cookies.

But again, I changed things. I used butter. And not special dark cocoa. And fluff on the top. And then I took a piece of Hershey chocolate on top instead of frosting. And for the 2nd tray? I opted to hide many, many mint chips inside and throw a thin layer of cookie dough on top. And sprinkled with powder sugar. Mmmmmm! Man, I have been missing out! These are delicious as well!

And by the way. I would trade every cookie I made this season just to see this out my window. Lucky!
