Wow. People (and the Obama campaign) are in an uproar about this? Really?

I was listening to this report on NPR and wondering just how AWFUL this cover really was. This is what has everyone talking? No really? This? Cause after hearing this NPR report on Thursday that clearly interviews the very people who despite being told otherwise, believe the representations in this cartoon is fact and not satire, I would think this cover hit the nail on the head. Anyone reading the New Yorker realizes this? Right?

C’mon people, find something else to get upset over. My copy has not yet arrived in the mail and I haven’t read the article inside, but I have a feeling this whole circus is much to do about making love out of nothing at all.
