3 years ago i did away with all processed sugars. no ice cream, chocolate, cookies. none. and i lost a ton of weight doing this.
however, i allowed myself to eat natural sugars found in fruits. clementines helped me maintain my sanity during this purge. low i calories, high in fiber. and sweeet.
