No, not Back to the Future fruit. Although whenever I say *fruit* I think of this scene. (Really.)
But fruit.
The kind like pineapple, strawberries, mangos, banana and celery (not a fruit but you know…) that He Who Makes Me Smile decided to stop and buy after work so I can make some more of those healthy smoothies.
Could I love another more?
I think we’ve already had more fruits and vegetables in the last 4 days then we had in a month…which is you know, the normal (actually less than normal) amount that one should eat per day.
Small steps.

Keep up the good work! It gets easier…we’ve been doing Weight Watchers for the past couple weeks. It’s really all about developing a routine, changing eating habits. If only chocolate were a major food group (‘though I do have a refrigerator magnet that says it is.
Maybe chocolate covered in spinach? (Ick!)
