I made some I Can’t Believe It’s Not Zuppa Toscana soup in the crockpot. (Chicken broth, cream, kale, sage sausage, onions, potatoes, garlic, chives, salt and pepper.)
And some Tuna Casserole Bake (Tuna, Chives, Elbow Macaroni, Mozzarella Cheese, Parmesan Cheese, Sprouts, Peas, Bread Crumbs, Parsley, Salt and Pepper)
And secret Weber Ragu. (No meat, only spinach.)
I think that’s enough comfort food for the weekend. And the refrigerator is clear of bits and pieces of leftovers too!
