My Hubby got out the table saw this afternoon and cut some wood and all I could think of was—my goodness I love manly men. =)
And then I went back to the kitchen to make Beer and Brown Sugar Kielbasa & Sauerkraut wrapped the herbs from the garden and hung them to dry and prepped the loaves of no-knead homemade bread for rising.
I have big plans this weekend that involve getting out the FALL decorations. (Not the Halloween ones, not the Thanksgiving ones but the FALL ones…) And a trip to Singer Farms to get bushels of peaches!

Oh and of course the War of 1812 Encampment at Old Fort Niagara. The Husband has been working overtime all week to get his officer uniform ready!
