Don’t we all have those? The thing I hear most frequently on the Weight Watchers boards is to set extremely small goals, like drinking 8 glasses of water every day. Then when you have that down, add another small goal. So, instead of fretting about what has or has not happened in the past, start today with a small goal and tell us every day how you are doing. You can do it!
