Winter Depression: Reverse Seasonal Affective Disorder

I truly believe it is never going to snow again. Not everywhere of course, just where we live up in Niagara County. After last year’s pathetic season I don’t have any hope left. No snow for Christmas last year. No snow in general last year. Sad. Down right depressing actually.

For the few of us out there that suffer from Reverse Seasonal Affective Disorder, you know the ones who LOVE SNOW…it better do more than this. (Photo from this past Sunday.)

I’ll believe winter is here when I see it…but until then I will be in a funky depression waiting.

Not to mention this Fall Back darkness is REALLY getting to me this year. It feels like midnight at 6pm. I’ve never felt like this before? Is it just me?

The Perfect Snowfall!

I’m up late. Past midnight. Mostly because I took an accidental evening nap for 2 hours and also somewhat because of the Buffalo Sabres 3rd Period. So what’s a gal to do? Laundry of course!

In order to get to the basement I have to go out the front door and into the backyard. I walked outside and found…found this…

The most beaaaaaauuuuutiful snowfall in the world! The oversized, light as a feather, floating, fluffy kind. The perfect snowfall that covers the ground in soft layers of sparkly cotton candy. Sooooo pretty!

If only I could sleep outside…

SNOW SNOW SNOW!!!

Hello. My name is Jennifer Smith.

Snow!

I LOVE winter and even more SNOW and I live in Buffalo, NY.

One would think this would be a match made in heaven but apparently all the snow is falling everywhere else except Buffalo.

Tis embarrassing to call a *Winter Storm Warning* at the mere threat of 1-3″ or MAYBE 4-6″ total overnight.

Winter Storm Will Bring Snow and Wind to Buffalo
